This last week our church family put together our annual Fall holiday baskets. The church ladies got together at 2:00 and put the baskets together so they were ready when the kids got there at 4:00 to hand them out and sing. We went to the Wishek nursing home first and handed out 61 baskets. Then we went back over to Lehr and handed 34 baskets out to the elderly in Lehr. We had a fun time and hope many were blessed.
We also had our first piano lesson for the year on Monday so we had to take turns
helping put the baskets together.
It was fun to see the older people's faces light up when they recieved their
basket of goodie and had the chance to hear the children sing.

In all we had 17 kids help hand out the baskets and sing.
When we were all done going from room to room we sang a few songs for the ones who were already down in the dining room
